About the Founder/
Owner

Natalie Hiles is the founder and owner of Soins de Santé Clio, a Montreal-based caregiving agency that recently celebrated three years of providing home-care assistance, elder care, Alzheimer’s care, palliative care, medical escorting, and PAB services.

Natalie studied nursing, psychology, and pharmacology at McGill University, where she was the first Student Senator from the Department of Nursing—thus giving a voice to nursing students at McGill. She understands firsthand the challenges families encounter when caring for a loved one who is sick or has special needs. Her experience spans both the private healthcare sector in the U.S. and the public/private sector in Canada, giving her a well-rounded perspective on individualized and systemic approaches to caregiving. Her mission is to deliver exceptional care to clients while affording their families the opportunity to prioritize their own well-being.
